It's back! The Northstar Industries Kid's Triathlon is designed to encourage kids aged 3-11 to be active and healthy while introducing them to the joy of triathlon. Our emphasis is on participation and having fun in a safe supportive environment by taking part in traditional summer activities: swimming, biking & running! ​ The race takes part in the beautiful Beavermead Park on a closed course. Athletes swim in Little Lake, ride their bikes through the trail system of Ecology Park, and finish the run course through the soccer fields of Beavermead Park. ​ The race is caped at 250 participants to ensure a safe and fun experience for all the athletes."

Pub Run: Easy pace, 7-10km. Dogs, baby joggers and guests welcome. 6 pm @ Runner's Life.
Cycle: Average pace of 27km/hr with a fun group for 1.5-3hrs. meet 9:30am @ the Silver Bean.
Run Intervals: Coached Workout. Challenge yourself and increase your fitness level. Meet 6pm at Runner's Life
Triathlon: Interval Rides. 6pm @ Runner's Life
Tempo Run: Increase your stamina, speed, and strength. Meet 6:20pm @ Jackson Park Pagoda Bridge.
Cycle 1.5-3hrs of group riding at roughly 27km/hr. Meet 9am @ Silver Bean.
Long Run Average 1-2 hours. Have fun building endurance with a group! 8:30 am @ Runners Life.
